Use of Service

Greatwell provides campaign workflow, outreach coordination, and related operational tools for business use. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful outreach.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for safeguarding account access, the accuracy of information submitted through the platform, and the actions taken under your account.

Campaign Review

Campaign requests may be reviewed before activation. Greatwell may reject, pause, or remove submissions that create legal, compliance, fraud, or operational risk.

Payments and Billing

Fees, if applicable, are handled only through approved billing workflows. Submitting a campaign request does not by itself constitute payment capture or campaign activation.

Termination

Greatwell may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, other users, or legal compliance obligations.
